Officials at Chester-Upland School District just asked the state for $13.2 Million just to keep their schools open through June.
The Chester-Upland School Districted is fucked for a lot of reasons. Corbett is definitely in bed with people that want to weaken or eliminate public school but what is happening now is the culmination of decades of bullshit.
